Ebenezer Apartments – Brighton

Boiler flu and solar panel cleaning access meant our customer required edge protection on the roof of this 7 storey building in the centre of Brighton.

PVF attended site and designed a series of scaffolds to allow the access required whilst not disrupting the residents or local roads and pedestrian footpaths. Material access to parts of this site required the tube to be carried through a Church for which great care was taken.

Spot the scaffold!

PVF are experienced in scaffolding tower blocks, but this gutter maintenance job for a good customer required a slightly different approach.

Building from the balcony working to a very carefully planned set of RAMS and with ties through the buildings structure we were able to get our customer exactly where they required with a saving of tens of thousands of pounds.

Getting the scaffold through the building and up to the top level whilst keeping the residents safe and not restricting exits was a priority for PVF.

Selkirk Court – Cheltenham

Our client required access to all the windows in these blocks of apartments to enable replacement.

To minimise the amount of scaffold required PVF designed a combination of towers, using building ties only where rakers were not possible to minimise the amount of making good to the render finish.

All exits were kept clear on this live site.
