As an ex Junior school teacher in the late 70’s, can I just take this opportunity to thank the three young lads who erected the scaffolding at our house this morning. Not only were they quick, efficient and caused no disruption whatsoever, they were extremely friendly and polite. What a joy in this modern day and age. If they are local lads I could well have taught their grandparents!! They were a credit to your firm.

Recently you carried out the building and dismantling of a small scaffolding to allow operatives from ****** group to carry out repairs to the solar panels on my roof.

It was a pleasure for me to witness your operatives using harness, wearing helmets and hi-vis clothing considering this is a domestic undertaking. I would also like to comment that your operatives were polite and courteous throughout.

Have to say, been most impressed with you guys while I’ve been covering for Rob, prices are sensible and great information/updates on jobs

Please also pass on our thanks to the guys. They were great and dealt with the hassle of road closure without any problems.

Both the builders and roofers we are using have been complementary about the quality of the scaffolding. I’ll be passing on PVF contact details to them.

I wanted to send you a quick email to acknowledge that Pete B./Dan went out of their way to help me today with a job that was missed off.

Install is this Friday and I only realised this morning that we had not booked it in.

Guys managed to get erect booked in for tomorrow which saved original install date.
